February 2007...


Its the end of January and since I won't be around for the next 2 weeks, I decided to make the calendar for next month...

Though it doesn't look so, this setup is more sturdy then the previous one... a lot more sturdy...

Yesterday was a fun day, its been long since I went out to have fun from morning till night... Went with Cherlynn and Suyee to Toa Payoh KBox in the late morning, then went to watch "Kong Fu Mahjong 3" in the afternoon... Didn't really want to watch any movie, but after minutes of pleading, protesting and guessing of plots, we finally compromised on that movie... Its not a bad movie, but its not one I'll recommend anyone either...

After that we went Novena Square because Suyee insisted on having dinner at "Pepper Lunch"... We went exploring Velocity first before eating... There are more people there now as compared to previously when there wasn't Velocity; quote from Cherlynn, "there are people for me to squeeze past now..."

Next, to satisfy Cherlynn, we went Junction 8 to take Neoprints... Some how the night ended with me treating them to "Banana Crumble" at Swensen's; why I did that is still beyond my comprehension... Haizz... Spent so much in 1 day...

I'll be going for In-Camp-Training; that, I have no power over... It'll be a 4 days course starting tomorrow, then the real 10 days exercise next Monday... Haizz... I'm worried about all the lessons I'll miss... When I'm in the lecture theater, I'm not absorbing much cause I'm not paying attention... Now that I'm not able to go for lesson, I can't even absorb that small amount I could... There's a high chance I'm gonna do badly for this year... There goes my First Class...

On a happy note... erm.. there's nothing I can be happy about... :(

Déjà vu? Nope, I do remember I've done this before but I'm doing it again... If you remember (or ever seen it), there was some problem with the lower leg of the previous drawing... This redraw is to correct the problem... Rather than saying redraw, it is more of an edit using Photoshop...

The legs look more proportional now... I wonder what took me so long to even try editing it on Photoshop, it only took a few minutes... Maybe someday when I'm so free and bored enough, I'll even try editing the original drawing...

受傷

An injury prepares you for a future one...


After 2 years of playing the djembé, this is the first time I sustained an injury... I did had bruises and sprains but internal bleeding? That's a first; I'll be as amazed if it was just a normal blister... Released the blood this morning with a needle (had my doubts about whether putting it under the flame really sterilizes it)...



Didn't even know what had gotten into me; everyone else was dreading the performance while I was very high... So high that I whacked too hard thus resulting in the injury... Its a good thing there won't be any practice or performance for the next 2 weeks, should be enough time for me to recuperate...

Wednesday was the first time I saw the lyrics for 《天天夜夜》 and yesterday I had to sing it... I was like, "How to start?" So Meiting sang the first few words... "Erm... Carry on... the whole thing..." Managed to bluff my way through the whole song, good thing no one have the -1 track for the song...

No programs for the next 2 days, I wonder if there is anything that I can do...

久違

No news is good news?


Oh, its only been 6 days... Haha, and I thought I haven't been blogging for like weeks now... Maybe 6 days is considered long for some people, but nothing much has happened this 6 days...

Well, 2 things happened... I cut my fringe away; it got too long and too irritating... I'm amazed by how long I let it grow to...


Taken 3 weeks before I cut it, so its a lot longer than that...

Another thing is my phone, there's this line of dead pixels on the bottom right of the screen!!! Arggh... Though its almost time for me to renew my contract, there's still another 2 months or so... And it was only yesterday that I saw an upcoming phone I like...


Nokia N76

Its expected to start shipping in selected markets in the Asia-Pacific region during the first quarter of 2007, but its not stated which are the markets (NTUC?) available... I sure hope they sell it here in Singapore cause there isn't any other Symbian phone available that looks like a phone...

I knew I was unwanted when my bath toys were a radio and toaster...


Well, its a good thing no one ever gave me that kind of things to play with... I did get a calendar toy though... Its like LEGO and your supposed to build your own calendar...


Make your own calendar? I want everyday to be Sunday...

Its a new year already but I still feel the same... Got the video of the recording studio as well as the Countdown Party at Bishan CC... Lazy to type anymore...
